Traveling to another country was a pleasant experience for me in the beginning of the year. Even though I could give you 10000 reason's to visit Puerto Rico I'll just give you the best ones. First, Puerto Rico is a beautiful Island with such amazing beaches that is hard to describe. However PR is an unincorporated territory of the United States it looks totally different around here. This country is located in the northeastern Caribbean, east of the Dominican Republic and west of both the U.S. Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands. Puerto Rico’s climate is a warm tropical, which sometimes has rain, but most of the time it’s just sunny all year around. Second the food is excellent. Every Puerto Rican dishes are carefully well prepared, they taste delicious and there are many different kinds of food like meat, rice, and beans. Moreover, it’s very similar to my native food.
Mofongo is made of fried green plantains mashed with garlic and churrasco (grilled meat) served with a buttery-garlic in this typical gourd. It looks very simple but this is my favorite Porto Rican dish Yummy!!!
Piña
Colada is a sweet and tasty cocktail made with cream of coconut, and pineapple
juice. It can be blended, frozen, or mixed with ice. Depending on your preference
it may contain alcohol or not . The Piña Colada has been the official drink of
Puerto Rico since 1978
Other good point over there is that the vibe is very
positive. It’s normal to see young and elderly people laughing and talking
while they are walking in the Old San Juan streets. Even when the stranger talks
to them they reply gently, and if it interesting a friendship can happen.
SAN JUAN STREET
EL MORRO
Once visiting San Juan the first visitors can't loose the opportunity to visit the most famous part of the Puerto Rico history El Castillo de San Felipe del Morro, known as "El Morro".
